Returns

We have a 30 day return, refund or exchange policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store (excluding sale items). If the product isn’t returned within this period, we cannot refund/exchange the item.

We have a 6 month warranty for damaged goods. The warranty only extends to customers that have purchased from our RETAIL on line store.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on earrings

How to return an item

Please email us at zoda@optusnet.com.au with your invoice/receipt details along with a photo of the damaged piece. We will then be in contact with an authorisation number.

Can I change/cancel and order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders.
You can return your items once you have received your order, simply contact us via zoda@optusnet.com.au for a Return Authorisation number and the return address.
